1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. The roof of the extension must be finished in dark, natural slate.

3. All new windows must be timber sliding sash as indicated on the submitted plans.

4. No additional surface water from this development (including that from roofs and paved areas) shall be disposed of via the public foul sewer.

NOTE: The public foul (only) sewer is operating close to capacity.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the M.E.A. to ensure that an adequate supply of electricity can be made available to service this development.

NOTE This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
