1. The site is the curtilage of the garage on Peel Road to the east of the Wool Control Centre. 2. Proposed, under the Adverts Bye-laws, is new signage. 3. Whilst some of this is replacement of existing, the roadside signs are rather overwhelming. In particular:- (a) Sign 5 - "Pyten", 6m high x 2.1m wide, (b) Sign 5a - projecting pole sign - 7.6m high (sign itself 12x1m); and (c) Signs 11 and 12 - flags, 12m high, 3no., each 6x15m.
