In pursuance of its powers granted under the above Acts, Order and Regulations, the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **PERMIT** development of the under-mentioned registered buildings in accordance with the application made on behalf of:

This permission relates to the alterations as set out in the plans submitted with the planning application noted in the proposal.

**SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS:**

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing numbers 10, 11, 001 Rev C, 003 Rev A and 008.

3. All windows shall be treated softwood.

4. The windows and door on the front elevation of the tower apart from the windows in the highest level shall be sliding sash.

5. This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
