The application seeks approval for the erection of a log cabin style garage and the extension of an existing driveway within the residential curtilage of a detached dwelling in Bride.

There are no objections to the planning application. I consider the proposal to be of a domestic scale and to be relatively unobjectionable. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
