### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing no.s 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 107, 111, 112, 114, 115 and 116 date stamped the 10th March 2005.

3. The residential curtilage of the dwelling is hereby defined as the red line as shown on drawing no. 106 date stamped the 10th March 2005.

**NOTE** The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
