The site relates to Torpoint, Clifton Road North, Port St Mary. Retrospective approval is sought to replace what are assumed to be timber windows on the rear elevation with uPVC casement windows.

The dwelling is not within a Conservation Area and the rear elevation is not on view to the public. The replacement windows are therefore judged acceptable.
