Dear Ms Callow, Rushen Parish Commissioners have considered the following planning applications and their views are:- a) 05/0491. Woodlands, Ballagawne Road. Mr & Mrs Chadwick. Replacement garage and new conservatory. Approved b) 05/0448. Plot 12, Carrick Bay View, Ballagawne Road. Southside Development Ltd. amendments to proposed dwelling (re-submission). Approved

c) 05/0640. Rosecroft, Ballakilpheric Road. Miss J Eastwood Evans. Two storey extension to accommodate new bedroom and kitchen; new roof over existing bathroom. Demolish and re-build existing back-porch. Approved

d) 05/0603. Cregville, Cregneash. Ms. S M R Shimmin. Replace wood-framed porch windows and door with hard wood frames and door to integrate with newly installed hardwood windows. All woodwork to be oiled rather than painted for ease of maintenance and appearance. Approved.
