20 St Runius Way is a detached property on the Ballagarey Estate, Glen Vine. It is proposed to convert one of the existing 2 integral garages to living accommodation. One garage behind the building line and 2 driveway spaces would be retained. This is considered acceptable. The Highway’s suggested condition is in my opinion unnecessary and is simply a statement of fact.
