### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings 05/01/10/02, 05/01/20/03 and 04/10/30/03 all received on 16th March, 2005.

**NOTE** This permission does not grant any authority for the undertaking of any works over, under or on land which is not within the control or ownership of the applicant.

**NOTE** Architect to consult with the Fire Safety Department to discuss the specification of the residential sprinkler system.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
