Dear Sir

**Re: Planning Application - 84 Birch Hill Crescent, Onchan.**

Following an inspection of the above property by one of my Fire Safety Officers the following points were found.

The plans you submitted showed only one access and egress which was through the porch which was being extended to form a sitting room. This would have become a habitable room and meant escape in case of fire would have been through this room and this was the reason for our objection.

Consequently having visited the property and found this is not the only access, and escape can be made through other exits we hereby withdraw our objection and will remove all documentation of file relating to this incident.
