In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 3 June 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of two agricultural buildings and the associated bunding/hedging works as shown in drawings 791-01, 791-02, BD17885PL, the contour map, site and location plans all received on 23rd March, 2005.

3. The buildings may be used only for agricultural purposes.

4. All external finishes to the buildings must be in a dark green colour.

5. Prior to the commencement of works on the erection of the buildings, the Planning Authority must have approved a scheme of landscaping and mounding on all sides of the proposed building so that the visual impact of the buildings is reduced as viewed in the wider landscape. Tree planting should be in natural groups of trees rather than in simple lines around the buildings and should include a mix of tree types - deciduous and coniferous. The advice of DAFF is recommended in this respect.

NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
