The application seeks approval for the construction of a vehicle driveway in the front garden of a semi-detached dwelling in Ramsey.

There are no objections to the planning application and I consider the proposal to be acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.

N 1. The applicant is advised that the footway crossing must be constructed in accordance with Manx Roads 2 and that they must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before undertaking any works within the highway, tel: 01624 686665.
