1. The site comprises the curtilage of a shop on the seaward side of Strand Street.
2. The application, under the Adverts Bye-laws, proposes replacement signage.
3. The flat, fascia sign is similar to the previous sign. The projecting sign (1.2 high x 0.6m wide) is suspended from a bracket. Both internally illuminated.
4. Unobjectionable within the general context of Strand Street.
