The site represents the domestic curtilage of an existing dwelling which sits on the corner of Howe Road and the cul-de-sac of The Links.

Proposed here is the alteration of the roof space above the garage which is presently used as a fitness room. More space is required in this area, along with a proposed extended en-suite facility. This results in the installation of a dormer window in the front elevation, replacing two existing roof lights. This looks out over the road and will not adversely affect the amenities of the existing property or those of adjacent properties or their occupants.
