The site represents the domestic curtilage of an existing dwelling located on the southern side of Howe Road but accessed by a cul-de-sac parallel with King Edward Road and the MER.

Proposed here is a rear extension; flat roofed and single storey to accommodate a further bedroom.

This has no adverse impact on neighbours or the appearance of the property.
