### Officer’s Report

The site, defined in red, represents the immediate curtilage of Grenaby Farm, located on the western side of the Grenaby Road.

Permission was granted to the former owner for the reconstruction of the farmhouse and the conversion of an outbuilding (92/0891) although this was never taken up.

Now proposed is the same project, based on the same plans, to which there was no objection originally by the Planning Committee. The building is visible from the road and its retention is to be encouraged. The form and appearance of the converted building is also acceptable and sympathetic to its present appearance. No rebuilding or new build is proposed.
