2. This approval relates to drawings no. 5051/1/1 and 5051/1/2 date stamped the 25th February 2005.

3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
