### Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the erection of a replacement agricultural building within a farm holding in Ballaugh.

The proposed building replaces an existing building and will be of a similar size to that of the existing one. I consider the impact to be relatively minor and the proposal to be unobjectionable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
