Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site comprises part of the Special School site adjoining the site of the new Water Treatment Plant. 2. The application proposes (a) the erection of 5 cabins on an area of hardstanding; and (b) use of these, for approx 4 years, by the Dept. of Ed. for the "Youth Water Project". Also, there is demolition of existing buildings. This is not subject to planning control. 3. See e-mail from Richard Collister (Estates Officer with Dept of Ed) re use. Signed Date 5/4/05 Summary of objections/views HA and LA - no objections DAO - should be accessible for wheelchairs EHI - Demolition Note Recommendations Approve/Refuse Shilst a long-term Master Plan for the Special School land would be helpful and desirable, the temporary arrangement now proposed would not prejudice such a Plan.
