### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to location plan and photographs date stamped received on 18th January 2005 and drawings, photographs and letter date stamped received on 25th April 2005.

3. The slate to be used on the roof must be Eternit Rivendale -colour Heather as stated in the letter accompanying the application.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
