### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing no. 5040/1/1 date stamped the 27th January 2005.

NOTE The applicant is advised to discuss the development with the Fire Safety Department as the proposal falls within the scope of the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
