The application seeks approval for the erection of a garage and for alterations and extensions to a dwelling in Ramsey. The alterations and extensions comprise of a single storey rear sunroom and a two storey side extension. The proposed garage is positioned on the rear boundary of the property.

I consider the proposed alterations and extension and the garage to be acceptable. The neighbouring property has stated that they have no objection in principle to the proposed development provided certain things do not happen as a result of this application in the future. I would suggest that they are not directly objecting to the proposed development.

I recommend that the application be approved.
