### Officer’s Report

The application seeks approval for the change of use and internal alterations to a Registered Building in Auckland Terrace in Ramsey. The current use of the building is as an office at ground floor with

residential accommodation on the upper floors. This application proposes to change the use of the uppers into office space and associated storage. It is understood that the building was previously used solely as officing.

The property is within a row of other offices in the town centre and as there are physical changes to the external appearance the Building Conservation Officer is content that the application is acceptable in terms of the Registered Building.

I recommend that the application be approved.

C 2. This approval relates to the existing and proposed drawings date stamped the 13th December 2004.

N 4. The applicant is advised to contact the Fire Safety Department with regards to the provisions of appropriate fire precautions.
