The application seeks approval for the installation of replacement uPVC windows and doors in a detached dwelling in Patrick.

Given that the property is not in a Conservation Area nor is it Registered and the existing windows are casement in opening style I would suggest that the proposed alteration is acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
