Proposed here is the extension of the premises. The extension will be on the southern side of the premises and measures 4m by 5.3m and is 2.8m high with a flat roof and rendered walls to match the existing factory unit. There is no indication of what the extension will be used for. Defer for further information. The applicant has discussed the proposal with Simon Renton who has made a number of recommendations in respect of noise insulation (January 2005) and refers to the new extension housing a pump which could be noisy.
