1. PA 04/02531/B Erection of a white uPVC lean-to conservatory to rear elevation, 54 Patrick Street, Peel RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.

2. PA 04/02617/B Erection of a notice board to the front wall of the Leece Museum, East Quay, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.

3. PA 04/0024/B Amendments to previous approved planning application 00/02395 consisting of changed dwelling types to plots 17 – 26 and the addition of two plots/dwellings, land off Glenfaba Road, Peel. The Board has no objection to the amendment to the previously approved dwelling types in respect of plots 17 – 26. However there was an objection to the provision of an extra two properties on the site.

4. PA 05/0031/B Replace existing timber casement window to front elevation at first floor level with double glazed timber casement window, Town Hall, Derby Road, Peel RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL
