The site defined in blue, represents part of the curtilage of Creer Farms at Middle Cordeman Farm.

The application concerns a new agricultural building approved under 03/1568 and extended under 04/0994. This building is very visible in the landscape as viewed from the St. Mark's Road from Stuggadhoo and the Braaid.

Proposed here is a very small canopy over one of the elevations to provide cover for feeding cattle. This will have no impact on the appearance or impact of the building in the wider landscape.
