The application seeks approval for the erection of a single storey extension to the rear of a terraced dwelling in Ramsey. The proposed extension will provide a kitchen extension.

The proposed development will have little impact on the neighbouring properties as it is lower than the existing boundary wall. Accordingly, I consider the proposal to be acceptable and recommend that the application be approved.
