It is proposed to widen the existing driveway by 3 metres. Part of the works have already been carried out. The plans are basic but the development is modest and will not harm the streetscene.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to the widening of the existing driveway as shown on the location plan submitted on 8th November 2004.

N 3. The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2.

N 4. The applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highway.
