The application seeks approval for alterations and extension to a detached dwelling in Lezayre.

The application site is not particularly prominent and is screened from a number of directions. I consider that the proposed development would not have a detrimental impact and believe that it is acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.

N 4. The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
