### Officer's Report

1. The site comprises the curtilage of an end-terraced building on Merton Bank.

2. Under PA04/1680, approval was granted for change of use from shop/living accommodation to single dwelling.

3. Now proposed are building operations in connection with this change, including removal of the shop fronts and consequent replacement; Replacement windows/doors; and Internal works.

4. Not within the Conservation Area.

Whilst the side elevation may appear rather blank, I judge that the changes would be acceptable. Either entrance-door arrangement would be acceptable. The renovation will be very welcome.
