REASONS FOR REFUSAL:

1. The building is a Registered Building and within a conservation area and the installation of upvc top opening casement windows to replace painted timber sliding sash windows would be out of keeping with the original design of the building, would reduce the architectural interest of the building, and would detract from the architectural interest and attraction of the conservation area.

2. This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
