In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing no.s GE1015/1, GE1015/2, GE1015/3 and the location plan date stamped the 20th September 2004.

3. The use and operation of the facilities hereby approved are restricted to between 09:00 and 21:00 in any one day.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department with regards to the provision of adequate fire precautions.

NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
