Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited ☐ YES / ☑ NO The Overstones, Huling Road, Douglas Is located within the Woodbourne Road section of the Upper Douglas Conservation Area. According to the Application information, the Property was built in 1910 and is mailed a good example of a late Victorian Town House. Presently, the windows are PVC casements which the applicant seeks to replace with PVC sliding dash windows. This is definitely a positive step and will in my opinion enhance this property.
