Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site comprises the curtilage of a dwelling which fronts on to the Glen Road just beyond the Ballachrink Estate in Colby. 2. The application proposes (a) extensions to the front and side; and (b) alterations to the access arrangements (including provision of a turning area). 3. The extensions have been neatly and sympathetically designed 4. The access alterations are self-evidently an improvement. 5. The felling of the tree on adjoining land is outside of our control.
