The application seeks approval for the erection of an agricultural shed at a farm in Bride.

I consider the position of the proposed building to be well related to the existing farm group. The building will be no more visible than the existing work buildings and, as such, I would suggest that the visual impact is limited.

I recommend that the application be approved.
