The application seeks approval for amendments to a previously approved planning application, 03/01204. The amendments comprise of an extension to the previously approved porch and additional windows and door.

I consider these amendments to be relatively minor and to be without any impact on any neighbouring properties. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
