This application relates to a detached house in The Cherry Walk, Douglas.

The proposal is to fit a new white upvc front door and side panel to enclose the existing front porch which is already enclosed on three sides and has a roof over it.

The alteration will only have a minor effect on the appearance of the dwelling and will have no adverse impact on the neighbouring properties.
