### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This approval shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date that this decision becomes final. After such time, the turbine and all associated equipment must be removed unless there is in place planning approval allowing its continued operation.

2. This approval relates to drawing number 1293/04 submitted on 3rd September 2004, drawing number 1071/04 submitted on 8th December 2004 and the supporting letter dated 23rd November 2004.

This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
