2. This approval relates to the submitted drawings K008/P/10-01, -02, -03, -04, -05, -06, K008/P12-01, -02, date stamped 7th September 2004, and to the letter dated 22nd November 2004 from Kay Associates to the Drainage Department at Douglas Corporation.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
