1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing numbers 2422/1 Rev B and 2422/2.
3. The building shall be used for agricultural purposes only.
4. The cladding must be dark green in colour.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
