(2) Prior to the commencement of the proposed use, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee a plan of the drainage layout; this must include the provision of a petrol interceptor, and should be prepared in consultation with the Drainage Services Manager at Douglas Corporation.

(3) Subject to the above condition, this approval relates to the submitted documents which are date-stamped 10.8.04.
