This is a bungalow on a small-established estate sited to the north of Derby Road. A conservatory is proposed on the rear elevation. A flat roof is also proposed to extend from the rear of the garage to the conservatory which will form a covered area.

The conservatory is modest in size and a distance of 2 metres will be retained to the rear boundary.

The development is considered acceptable.
