The application seeks approval for the installation of uPVC sliding sash windows in the front elevation and uPVC casement windows in the rear elevation of an end terrace dwelling on Lezayre Road in Ramsey.

Following discussions the application has been revised and is considered to be acceptable. I recommend that the application be approved.
