Just a bit anxious about this, even aside from the access objection:- (a) do you think we ought to have an indicative sketch demonstrating approx how many units?; (b) drainage (foul) from, say, 8 units would need a bio-disc or similar, which needs a stream course to discharge into; (c) would all or any of the low-grade sheds be removed 2. Does the local plan help?
