In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing numbers SC775/PL/10-01 rev. A, SC775/PL10-02 rev.A and SC775/PL10-03 date stamped the 17th August 2004 and drawing numbers SC775/PL/10-04 and SC775/PL/12-01 date stamped the 16th March 2005.

3. Prior to the commencement of development a drawing that defines appropriate residential curtilages for the two dwelling must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.

4. No other development shall commence until the access with the adopted highway, including visibility splays, has been set out and established to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority.

5. The occupation of the dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture in the Island and including the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection

NOTE For water connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be required, the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Planning and Projects Section, telephone 695958.

NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
