### Officer's Report

The site represents the immediate curtilage of the outdoor pursuits centre at Ard Whallian near Injebreck reservoir. Proposed here is the replacement of windows in the main building (formally a cottage).

The new door and windows are wooden - the windows casements.

The building is not see close up by the public and the fact that the windows are not sliding sash is not sufficient to warrant refusal.

Proposed there is the replacement of windows in the main building (formerly a cottage). The new door and windows are wooden - the windows casement. The building is not seen close-up by the public and the floor that the windows are not. Slang saish is not sufficient to warrant refusal.
