Note: Since these works have already been undertaken within 3 months of this decision becoming final the site must be restored to its original condition; the applicant should consult the Dept.'s Conservation Officer hereon. The building is Registered, and also within the Little Switzerland Conservation Area. 3. The application, for planning approval and Reg'd Building consent, proposes (a) additional paving and works to the garden walling at the front; and (b) replacement of rear donner windows — but not referred to in the planning application. 4.
