Dear Mike

Re: East Lodge, Main Road, Crosby, Planning Application No 04/01364/R

We have inspected the above site and can confirm that the inclusion of a front boundary wall at a maximum height of one meter will not affect the lines of sight for a vehicle leaving the property.

The inclusion of a boundary wall may affect the ability of a vehicle heading East entering the property without crossing onto the opposing side of the carriageway.

We recommend that Mr & Mrs Davidson provide a suitably detailed drawing, showing on plan, the proposed boundary wall, the opening for vehicular access and all associated dimensions, this will allow for a full assessment to be carried out as to the suitability of the inclusion of a front boundary wall.

Yours sincerely

Chris Mullen
