### Officer's Report

The site lies on the western side of Jack's Lane, a minor road linking the Dreemskerry Road and the coast road between Ballure and Maughold Village. The site accommodates an existing dwelling and a range of outbuildings including goat shed which were the subject of a previous application, PA 03/1142 which granted permission for the conversion of the goat houses provided that the building to

be converted must be improved in appearance including the replacement of the roofing with slates, a satisfactory access, car parking and details of the concrete bridge must be provided. Much of this has not been included. Defer for discussion with applicant's agent.

Apparently the bridge has been created in accordance with DoT requirements. An additional plan has been submitted showing the car parking and access to which the DoT no longer object. No neighbours have objected either, despite many objecting to the aip.

Whilst the Commissioners object to the principle, this has already been resolved in the aip and it is not appropriate now to raise this as a valid objection to the application for reserved matters, even if the applicant's agent has ticked the wrong box on the form.

C 2. This approval relates to the conversion of the existing building to tourist accommodation as shown in drawings reference 00/00262/B received on 17th August, 2004 and 04/22/02 and 01 both received on 6th July, 2004.
